Target children

In Suzumenomiya, Utsunomiya City, we provide music therapy tailored to each individual, from preschoolers to school-age children.

If you do not have a Welfare Service Recipient Certificate, please contact us.

We will guide you through how to apply to the city hall for the Welfare Service Recipient Certificate required for use. It's okay to be at the stage where you don't know if you can use it.

  1. Visit & Trial Enquiries

    Please let us know your child's age and preferred date and time using the contact form or by phone.

  2. facility visit/individual trial session

    Please come with your child. We will take a look at the atmosphere of the facility and the support provided, and explain how to use it.

    *Even if you do not have a Welfare Service Recipient Certificate, we will guide you on how to apply at City Hall.

  3. Confirmation of contract and support details

    We will check the necessary documents, listen to your child's situation and wishes, and together we will decide on the date of use and the content of support.

    *When signing a contract, please bring your Welfare Service Recipient Certificate, seal (recognition seal), and various notebooks if you have them.

  4. Start using

    We will explain the preparations and the flow of the day, and begin providing support tailored to your child's needs.

Can I facility visit the facility or try it out?

A. We offer facility facility visits and individual trial sessions. Please make a reservation in advance using the inquiry form.

From what age range is the target audience?

A. Child Development Support is primarily for children who have not entered elementary school, and after-school day care services are for children who have entered elementary school and are up to the age of 18. Detailed usage requirements will be confirmed at the time of consultation.

Is there a shuttle service?

A. We provide transportation. Please contact us for information on target areas and pick-up and drop-off times.

How much does it cost?

A. In principle, 10% of the usage fee is borne by the user, and there is a monthly upper limit depending on household income. We may ask you to cover the actual costs of event preparation and crafts.

What do I need when signing a contract?

A. If you have a Welfare Service Recipient Certificate, a seal (recognition seal), and various notebooks, please bring them with you.
